Our organization is looking for the right individual to work with our Education Retirement Program to help grow our distribution channels across the US. We are seeking individual who have the passion to help educators understand their State Pension benefits and retirement supplement options.

Desired Skills and Experience


  • Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) Insurance agents
  • Experienced (or willing to be trained) to educate clients on financial planning and services
  • Motivated and goal-oriented
  • A Professional presence and demeanor
  • A dedication to customer service
  • Experience with prospecting, networking and/or new business development
  • Passion for making a difference in the community
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Coachable and competitive spirit
  • Ability to earn client trust, along with excellent relationship management skills
